Interoperability of data and procedures in large-scale multinational disaster response actions.

IDIRA is a research project sponsored by the European Commission running four years (2011-2015), which gathers eighteen partners to focus on the interoperability of data and emergency procedures in response to large-scale disasters. During the workshop eVigilo will present on how CAP based event inputs are being transformed into actual messages disseminated to the public and special groups in times of crisis.

This 3-day conference aims at fostering sharing of best practices between the relevant 112 stakeholders. eVigilo will present here its interactive alert and information platform that enables not only alert and information dissemination but also reception of panic alerts sent to the authorities including geo-tracking of the sender’s position

Israel December 7th. The national security conference is part of the professional activities of the Israel Police Security Division to promote and establish public security issue in the State of Israel dealing with various threats and maintaining the security of citizens and the course of normal life. eVigilo will demonstrate during the conference its City Alert™ product which represents as of today the central element to ensure interactive communication between citizens in distress and respective police forces.

At the occasion of the Polish Presidency of the EU, the next PSCE Conference will be held on 30 November and 1 December 2011 in Warsaw, Poland and will be hosted by the Main School of Fire Service (SGSP). eVigilo has been invited to present its experience with Social Networks and their impact on crisis management. As part of its multi-channel alert and information dissemination, eVigilo relies also on integration of the Social Networks as part of its overall alert and information concept.

Poland, Krakov November 17th. Meeting on public warning organized by EENA in collaboration with the Polish authorities. eVigilo will participate in an Expert Round and provide insights into its practical experience using multi-channel alert and information dissemination consisting of Cell Broadcast as well as TV, radio, sirens and Internet related devices.
