TV & Radio
eVigilo IADC integrates with existing TV and radio networks over proprietary protocols or using CAP (Common Alert Protocol) v1.2. Across second-generation digital television (DVB) and radio (DAB), IADC can also broadcast multimedia content through a given ASI (Application System Information) interface. Accordingly, it provides not only plain text-based information but also delivers sound and graphics. 2nd Gen. DVB networks greatly leverage also decision-making processes at the first-responders’ level through given interactive capabilities where subscribers can send feedback to the alert originators using given capabilities over the TV screen.

Support of legacy TV and radio services is also granted. This is acheived through a dedicated Alert Box installed per station or respective service provider (for multi-stations). In most cased this is the best solution to start with and ensure the vast majority of the citizens will get required alerts and information.
